Global shipping activated on listing but customer says it won't allow me to ship to them?

Global shipping activated on listing but customer says it won't allow me to ship to them? I've checked the listing and the Global shipping is enables, the customer is in the USA and that country isn't blocked or anything? Could this be that Ebay isn't shipping items to the USA because of recent tariffs being imposed?? Any help greatly appreciated!

Yes, shipping to USA on ebay has been suspended:

You should be able to ship direct without using Global.

Hi John -

My worry is though they could slap additional import charges onto it and then who pays that? Easier just to sell without shipping to the USA.
