You don't appear to have used your account your posting on here , for a year,so the email maybe a spam/phishing email.

You can however contact ebay here for more info regards your account,eBay Customer Service

If you do not believe the message is genuine, is it addressed to you by name, or just Dear Member, you can forward to spoof@ebay.com
