I sent some crockery to a buyer via Evri and it arrived badly broken. Although it was well packaged when I posted it sadly it arrived damaged. How do I claim my money back from Evri?
Simple Delivery was on your listing so in theory when the buyer opens a "arrived damaged" case the refund should come from ebay, not you. You should get to keep the payment. If that has not happened contact ebay about it using callback on here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
