Put a package in a DPD locker and it’s at their depot and doesn’t have a label. DPD have stated that eBay need to request it back but there’s no option for me to ask them.
If you booked the DPD service through eBay's integrated Packlink system, then Packlink is the direct intermediary.
Contact Packlink support: You would need to go to the Packlink website, find their customer support but I think its under your orders on the left "Postage labels"
