Hello

Have 2 cases open for items sent through Ebays GSP

One the item has arrived damaged but I believe it was accepted in good condition at the UK depot

The other has not turned up at the buyers address after 3 months but I have proof it was recieved at the UK depot.

There used to be an option for someone to call me back and discuss a problem but now all I can find is an automated response that does not cover my queries it just wants me to refund the buyers.

Can anyone help please?

Yes, if the tracking shows delivery to the UK Global shipping hub you are not liable for problems after that.    You should be able to say on the buyers' cases that according to Global T&Cs you are not responsible for loss or damage in transit once item has arrived at the UK hub.
