An item does not include GSP for Portugal  on the list with item for sale,  have contacted seller and they said that the problem is with ebay as they included Portugal, can anyone advise please

Is is perhaps an item that may be on a restricted or prohibited list for Portugal?

Bottom line is, if no postage price and method is showing then it cannot be sent there if the seller wants to use eBay's Global Shipping Programme.

You can look at listing and look at postage, to see if Portugal is in the list of countries to which seller is prepared to post.

In real terms, seller can post, it is not essential to use GSP, which of course is more expensive than seller dealing with postage and of course faster, as there is no 2 or 3 day delay before item actually leaves the UK..
