So a buyer purchased a pair sneakers from me and it was shipped with a DPD label provided by eBay however the item has now been lost at the final delivery station by DPD it never made it to Lichfield i cannot for the life of me find any way to contact eBay about this no live chat etc and it’s very frustrating can somebody advise how i can go about this.
