GSP error posting wrong items

Ebay Global Shipping have mixed up two of my items and now they are in France and Australia. The clear window document holder i attached clearly shows the name of the correct recipient as sent to GSP but they have overlaid this with someone else's address and vice versa with the other item. The recipient has sent me camera evidence of this.  I have now received wrong item return requests but the reponsibility is with GSP so what do i do next. Trying to contact then is like accesing a Bank of England vault!!!!

If the buyer opens a return request, then it is very important you state in the case that this was a Global shipping programme sale and the items were sent to the wrong addresses by the GSP etc,so ebay know it was not you at "Fault" and they are responsible for any refund,not you.
