GSP Damaged in transport

How do you get to notify Ebay it is down to them?

Re: GSP Damaged in transport

As long as the buyer opens a return using "Damaged in transit" as the reason you will not be responsible for the refund or return of the item.

Re: GSP Damaged in transport

They will know because you will have sent it to the GSP UK hub.    If possible you can respond on the case with the postal tracking number and state that according to Global T&Cs you are not responsible for loss or damage in transit after it has arrived safely at the UK hub.

If you want to contact ebay to confirm with them you can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone only - not on a laptop or PC:
