I am thinking that like a lot of sellers who sell to the EU have been waiting to see what happens with the new GSPR regulations. I was told by Ebay that unless I could provide all of the required information I would no longer be allowed to sell to the EU or NI. I subsequently turned off shipping to these destinations. It is now past the 13th December and I thought I would look at other business sellers who are still shipping to the EU. This was a fact finding mission to see what information they were providing. To my suprise hardly anyone was providing anything and they were still shipping to the EU. This is now no clearer do I just change to ship again or are people actually being penalised or messaged by Ebay to conform
