Funds still on hold!

My funds are still pending 8 days after the money went in. A tracking number was supplied and the buyer provided a signature and has given + feedback. It's not right that Ebay should hold on to my money!

If you read Announcements from August 6th money will be released much faster, subject to a few simple conditions.

From 6 August, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:

• Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years 
• Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months 

For those who haven’t yet met the criteria, you’ll be able to track your progress towards this in the Payments tab from 6 Aug. We’ll notify you through the eBay app as soon as you qualify. There may be some cases wherefunds are held for compliance reasons. You can learn more about this on our Help page.
