Both items were bought in a same time by the same person and were being shipped to the same address. To ensure efficient delivery, I packed both items securely in the same parcel and used one prepaid shipping label provided by eBay.
The tracking information for that shipment shows the parcel has been successfully delivered. However, in the eBay system, only one of the two items is marked as delivered, and the payment for the second item remains on hold.
Unfortunately, I have reached out to the buyer several times through eBay messages to confirm receipt of both items, but I have not received any response.
