On the 25th of February I purchased Jacuzzi hot tub for £3.964.00 the seller messaged me 3 times to change or cancel delivery each time the seller said he was sorry and would give me a discount which I thought was suspicious I also started to get messages from eBay that new devices where attempting to log in to my account

i I messaged the seller to cancel the order I have tried to speak/contact eBay several times and apart from a message saying they were looking into this issue I have heard nothing for 10days this has now become totally frustrating as i should be able to speak to a live agent can any one please offer some advice

When you purchased the item did you have an estimated delivery date, you should I would have thought if you haven't already be able to open a INR - Item Not Received case.

Open a not received case, that is the best way to ensure you get a refund quickly, as if seller does not respond/refund after 3 days you escalate to ebay.

Waiting for ebay, who at best would tell you to open a case, will just get you outside the 30 days allowed to open a case.
