FormalAppeal-ProofofShipmentProvidedforCaseReview

Dear eBay Customer Support,

I am submitting a formal appeal regarding your recent decision to issue a full refund of £17.19 to the buyer.

I respectfully disagree with this decision, as I have provided clear and valid proof that the item was shipped. I uploaded a photo taken at the store at the time of posting, along with the shipment receipt and the email confirmation. These documents were shared both with eBay and the buyer.

The parcel was sent on 6 October to the exact delivery address listed in the order details. Therefore, I believe I have fully complied with eBay’s seller requirements.

It is not fair that the refund has been taken from my account when I fulfilled my obligations and provided evidence of dispatch. I kindly ask that you re-examine the case, taking into account the proof of shipment already submitted.

I have been a reliable eBay seller and always strive to maintain excellent service, communication, and transparency with my buyers.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

Kind regards,

Teodora Mateva

Do you have a tracking number showing delivery?

Proof of sending is just that, not that the package arrived at its destination.

In any event as a business seller your obligations are not fulfilled until the buyer receives the goods.

If buyer opened a not received case, and you did not have tracked proof of DELIVERY, then you should have dealt with it, letting ebay get involved gives you a defect which damages your selling account.

In any case we are just members like you, NOT ebay, so if you really think it is worth appealing, enter in HELP AND CONTACT at top of pages and follow correct procedure.
