Football Shirts - Incorrectly flagged as counterfeit

Hi

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction, to make a formal complaint about listings being incorrectly flagged as counterfeit. 

I sell authentic football shirts and photograph all necessary information (labels / product codes etc) in order to show authenticity to buyers, however I've had 15-20 items incorrectly flagged as counterfeit over the past 2-3 weeks.

I've been advised by eBay customers services that new AI tools have been put into operation, and they're clearly not fit for purpose. 

I recently sent an email to ebayukcomplaints@ebay.com but was told this was the wrong place for my complaint. 

If anyone can advise my best form of attack, that would be much appreciated

When the reason for removal is given as fake, this is ebay and AI at work, but brand owners can request removal, and I am sure ebay should be capable of giving a correct reason for removal.
