I sent a offer out customer  for a jacket was on for £12.00 sent a offer to then for £10.00, they accepted offer  they have paid full amount of £12.00 .

Why has this happened.

Are you sure that buyer is same person you made offer to?

Remember also that your offer of £10 would have included the buyer protection fee, so you would only receive about £ 9.30 plus postage, whichever method you chose.

Offers do last for 4 days I think, but you do not know who you send offers to so could be just a buyer using the BIN price.
