Finalising a transaction

listed an item about two months ago and due to the size of weight of the item it was listed as collection only. After the buyer won the item, they declared they were no longer able to collect and organised a courier to collect the item on their behalf. I agreed to this as it was no different to answering the door to the buyer themselves. Two months have passed so the item has clearly arrived at its destination and undamaged, but because I was not able to scan the QR code to confirm it had been collected it is still sitting in my outbox. Yes, I have asked the buyer many times to send me a screenshot of it or the six digit code so that I can finalise the transaction but to no avail. Typically with the eBay, their automated cured list of what my question might be is of no help whatsoever. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Cheers

Re: Finalising a transaction

Even without the code you should have the money by now (I'm assuming that's the issue).    Speak to someone at ebay about it.    You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:
