So having sold an item with a total including p&p was £40.41,

then less fees was £34.60,

then the payment I receive is £27.04!!!!

Can anyone explain as the autobot can't!!

Look at PAYMENTS all transactions.

It is like a bank statement, shows all transactions and, you will be able to see what is received and paid out.
