As private sellers of little significance we have fully embraced simple delivery. It is fair that customers can decide their shipping cost and provider. This being so it is very frustrating that this third parties performance, in the negative, can be left in our feedback forum? Human nature only reads and remembers the negatives even if the original post is a positive rating. All we do now is stick on the label you have paid for. Ebay have systems that can stop this so please can you use them? Buzz words can be programmed into the AI to ask contributors to amend their comments and stick to the experience with the person they are rating. Am I overthinking, being too sensitive, who cares...well I do 🙂 🙂

Sorry, if I have mis understood your post, but are you referring to the negative re postage you received?
This was over 9 months ago so Simple delivery and eBay's selected postage was not used then, sellers selected their own postal services and postal charges.
Too late to change/ rectify that feedback now, but it's in it's final ' third' and will soon disappear when a full 12 months pass.

For buyers, the delivery is part of their experience so I don't think Ebay will remove or ban such comments.
I understand your point but, when you look at the feedback buyers leave, so many of them begin with 'fast delivery' and then go on to say little else.
'It is what it is'.
At least your buyer left feedback - many don't, even if you go above and beyond to be a good seller.

Hello—no. That’s another story.
I received a positive fb today about the parcel arriving despite the box being crushed—
Thank you for looking
Aaah thank you for that extra information, now I see what you are referring to!
It's what the buyer received, so that is what they described in the feedback.
I see your point that it 's out of your hands how a courier / postal service handles an item, some admittedly do not do so with kid gloves. Sometimes a box within a box is needed !
