How do I retract feedback , bought from a seller , product broke just outside 30 day money back , seller won’t refund eBay won’t help. I want to report seller , so other potential buyers are aware of this we

You can't retract your feedback.

You may be able to add further comment to it.

While a good seller could still accept a return, if worth the expense, and refund, up to 90 days, you really have nothing to  report seller for, as once outside the 30 period he is not required to accept returns.

However if  it was a business seller consult Citizens Advice.
