Faulty, purchasing, screen

Recently I have found that when I choose an item that I want to consider for purchase, I am unable to click between the available pictures of the item or zoom in on the picture on the screen. Thanks in advance.

It would have helped to say whether you're using the phone app or a PC/Mac.

 

In my experience "out of frame" problems on a PC can be linked to the screen display resolution. I have sometimes had to reduce the resolution, even temporarily, to get the whole content to fit.

 

Or it may be something else, hard to say with so little information.
