Faulty product

Pls guys I need help , bought a product from a seller which was faulty , messaged the seller immediately, he said he always for the whole of March to be back first week in April , have messaged him twice already on how to return to the product , only to be met with a dead silent pls kindly advise on what to do .

eBay only allow 30 days for returns.   If it's past that contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
