Faulty item

EVERY seller has to accept returns if the item arrives damaged or the item does not match the description at the time of the listing. If you have been given wrong information from the listing description then you need to return the item as an item not as described. Once you open the case the system is largely automated but you will be sent a label from eBay to return the item. Do check the label as it often defaults to medium parcel and this may not be enough if a tv. You may need to contact CS to get a correct label.

find the item in your purchase history click more actions and the return can be started from here. Make sure you select item not as described. You can only open one case so it’s important you do it correctly. If you need help come back one of us will help you.
