Faulty item

Hi

I purchased a car part of ebay from a Chinese company based in the UK 3 months ago now it's developed a fault and no longer works, it was a high pressure fuel pump costing over £170 new.

I've tried to contact them but not replying to my email. 

How can I get them to replace it or refund. 

I've tried using return and item but it's been longer than 90 days.
