I purchased a spice mixer which arrived but worked only few minutes. The seller asked for prove and I agreed to send a video via WhatsApp. He saw the issue and asked me to return the item. He sent a new item. Same problem mixer worked 3 minutes. Motor smelled burned and stopped working. I asked now via eBay for a refund and return. The case was dismissed with no option of appeal and no chance to explain. There is no eBay customer service option. What can I do?
