I ordered an air fryer on the 11th of February 2025 and last week it stopped working so I contacted the seller and when he got back to me he suggested that I find someone to repair it myself, I pointed out to him that as it is still under guarantee it was not up to me the buyer to sort out the mending of it, he then sent me another message stating that if I re-order another fryer he would give me a discount, , I then sent another message reiterating that as it is still under guarantee he should get it repaired or send me a replacement free of charge, I understand that there is no telephone number for EBay so would you stand your ground and hope that he sends a replacement
