Faulty NerfGun

I bought a Nerf Gun for £70 on a no return possible.Fine ,45 days later I gave it as a birthday present. It didn’t work.The seller said,30 day rule tough luck.I have asked eBay to call me ,no luck.

So I’m £70 out of pocket and a broken brand new gun.I am going back to Amazon where my complaint would have been resolved.Never will I buy from eBay again.

Ebay only allow 30 days so your are out of time for ebay to do anything for you now.

Always best to check items when they arrive to be on the safe side.

Maybe look to contact your payment provider for a chargeback.

All companies have their T&Cs which you should read before using.   Although it's too late for ebay try contacting your payment provider and see if they can help.
