Hi I purchased a steamer in September have NOT used it much and when I used it Sunday for the roast it wasn’t working right keeps cutting out I tried to contact seller had no response how do you speak to customer services on EBay

They may do if you buy them from a store and it tells you that the item you've purchased is guaranteed for a year, or from an online retailer who is licensed to sell that brand. If you do then get a guarantee, you usually have to register the appliance online within a couple of weeks.
