Faster payout tracker

My faster payout tracker has reset after i have met the criteria its reverted back to zero as though ive got no sales 

and i cant seem to contact anyone to sort it out.

ive had 1 case raised yesterday which i promptly resolved by issuing a full refund after the item was lost in the post.

ive made 63 sales in the last 30 days at around £250 of sales

Hi althepokegal, thanks for you post.

 

I am presuming that you're referring to faster payouts? As in getting paid within 24 hours for your orders? If so, this wouldn't reset, so we wouldn't be able to do something to add you back or something like that. Normally, if this happens, it could be because of recent change of banks that could potentially delay newer payouts, or issues with the account, like too many cases being filed or account performance being dropped.

 

If you can't find anything wrong within your account, you can contact our customer service channels, so we can take a look. We would be unable to do so over here for privacy and security reasons.

They will be able to see what's happening, and let you know what to do to be eligible for faster payouts again.

I mean you say it wouldnt but is has actually reset back to zero when it was almost completed a few days ago.

When you say it reset back to 0, what do you mean exactly? Your sales history?

Hi @althepokegal,

 

Any chance you could confirm the above, please? I've been confirmed about a technical issue, and I believe this is what you are seeing from your end, and if you are being impacted, I'd like to add your account to the technical report, so this can be resolved for you, but I'd need to confirm what exactly you're seeing from your end.
