Hi guys, my son just got stung for £700 for a samsunung s24 ultra. Firstly the phone was a fake, was returned emaculate now the seller is saying the screen is scratched and offering a 50% refund, surely with the device being counterfit he is entitled to a full refund, we have told ebay but not getting a reply beyond the 50% refund offer, we refused it and told them it was fake and undammaged with witnesses and photographs.. what can i do chaps, my poor lad saved for a long time to replace his old s7 now hes 700 down and still having to uses the s7.
What happened to being able to call them?
