Bought a  molton brown candle on here but now confirmed. As fake, can’t seem to report via the link as just not sending, maybe because it was bought in 2023

what can I do next to report to Ebay

when I try and go through the chatbox, it throws me back to my purchases but my purchase is no longer listed

There is nothing you can do for an item bought back in 2023, you're way past eBay's 30 day return date.

You can't report the seller now, years later, and feedback (or a follow up feedback comment) must be left by a buyer within 60 days.
