Fake goods

I bought a braclet that was sold as silver but isnt.

The return window has closed but it took the 8 week return period fot the silver plate to rub off.

Ebay wont help in anyway.

There must be some way to get my money back or at least report the seller?

How did you pay?

You may be able to go to your payment provider and open a chargeback on the grounds you have bought an item online which was not as described.

Generally, if you pay by debit card. you have 120 days to start a claim.
