Fake Armani watch

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a product I recently purchased through your platform. The item was advertised and sold to me as an original Emporio Armani watch and perfume set. However, after receiving and carefully inspecting the product, I have strong reasons to believe that it is not authentic.

There are multiple inconsistencies in the packaging, labeling, and overall quality that do not match the standards of an original product. Based on these observations, it appears to be a counterfeit item.

I have already contacted the seller regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from them.

Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this matter. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the seller and help me obtain a refund or appropriate resolution.

If it's still within 30 days of the delivery date start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Item doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

 

If it's more than 30 days it's too late to do anything via ebay but if it's still within 120 days of payment contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.

You do not need to contact the seller for this,  you just need to follow the rules of eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy which is written on every listing.

 

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery you are guaranteed a full refund,  under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.
 
Just proceed this way:
 

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

 

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

 

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.
