Fake Accounts

I purchased a Sisley eye cream, was fake, sent back but address fake so it came back. The seller closed page. 

Several new accounts have popped up exact photos, some already have negative feedback stating fake goods. They can contain harmful substances...

Many new accounts why does eBay not shut these down?

just escalate your not as described case to eBay for a refund.
