A couple of times in the last year or so I've bought items from US-based sellers who offered international postage (and in one instance went to the bother of setting this up at their end for my purchase). Unfortunately, these items never made it to me but were automatically returned from a courier hub in the US to the seller. Both sellers happily refunded the purchase prices. Does anyone know what might be going on. I'm based in the UK.
