Failed metal mower part “boss”

Hi, after just around 30 days, mower part arrived ok & fitted. All good, used twice then broke.  They refused to offer a replacement so I replied…”Trinity, Thank you for your reply. I am disappointed as the product does not seem fit for purpose as used twice. The main body has cracked & as shown guide pin not strong enough. I will therefore pass this onto eBay as not satisfied with this product & would expect a better warranty….”

If it's still within 30 days of the delivery date start a return on here:

If necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

If it's more than 30 days it's too late to do anything via ebay but if it's still within 120 days of payment contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
