HI  , I had to return an item as it did not work as should , I got a refund but then the seller put positive feed back on me but used it to leave bad feed back  , ! this cannot be right the radio did not work and he was not happy I sent it back , I have good feed back and I thing its wrong he as put that on I think eBay should stop it  , ? any help ? thanks Graeme

Sellers cannot leave negative feedback and negative comments  cannot be left on positive feedback.

 Complain to ebay who should remove it and no doubt warn the seller about breaking the rules.

HI  , each time I try to report the issue  , it keeps saying ran into a problem try later its said this for the last 4 days !  any help ? thanks Graeme

You need to contact Customer Services and preferably speak to a live agent.

Contacting eBay Customer Services it's not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.

Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
