I ordered my parcel April 19th, which was meant to arrive between April 26th and May 2nd. It’s now the 12th and my parcel still hasn’t arrived, and the tracking hasn’t been updated since the 2nd. I’ve tried messaging the seller who just said they updated the tracking info, however this still hasn’t changed. I’ve tried contacting yodel who have done nothing and the automated call option is useless. And I’ve tried contacting eBay, however all have been absolutely useless and im just lost on what else I can do. It was a rather expensive parcel, a gift for my partner and im just really annoyed by all this
