Extra postage

I advertised an item to include postage, however I accepted a lower offer and said postage would be extra. How do I invoice the postage ?

Extra postage

you cannot as best offers are for the item price plus whatever P&P is in the listing.

Therefore the accepted offer includes P&P.

Extra postage

If the buyer has paid you cannot now charge any extra through eBay.

The buyer can pay you the extra via bank transfer,  cheque,  a PayPal Friends and Family payment ,  or you can send them a PayPal invoice for the amount.

If  PayPal is used,  email addresses need to be exchanged, this can sometimes be found with the order details >>  Show Contact Info.    If not and you need to ask the seller for this,  make it very, very clear in your eBay messages,  as eBay do read these,  the reason for these exchanges.   Make it clear it's not to be used for an off eBay sale.

Extra postage

If you quoted postage that is never included in an offer, so there is no need to edit anything.

If you list at say £10 and postage is £3, and buyer offers £8. then he is invoiced by ebay for £8 plus£3 = £11.

Of course the annoying 75p plus 4 % wii be included but that is nothing to do with you, that is buyer’s problem.

Looking at your item, there you offered FREE POSTAGE, and that is what applies. Offers are based on the listing, if you accept an offer you cannot change the terms. If you wanted more for postage then you should not have accepted offer, but made a counter offer.
