If you're wondering if this is legit and not scam or anything like that, then I can confirm that our customer service team may provide you with links from time to time depending on each case when you are on a chat or phone call with them, so you can share screenshots with them in order to give them a better understanding/visibility of the issue/case you might be reporting to them.
