Oh Dear 😞 eBay have joined with Evri, has to be the worst news ever i have heard since the buyer protection rubbish, i really hope they will have some direct access to speak to someone at Evri as i have 4 purchases with eBay and all coming via Evri and all now over 2 weeks and no sign of delivery.

For the last 10 days all they say is the same, all say out for delivery and updates everyday saying the same but never get any delivery and because they say out for delivery i cant get any refund or file a case.

Evri are the worst delivery company ever, they cannot cope with demand as it is and drivers leaving in droves as only get £8 an hour and that came from a driver ! so how there going to be able to cope with the estimated 30% increases in deliveries i don't know, worst decision eBay has ever made

I have to admit,  because we have a superb Evri delivery lady it has to boil down to who actually is the person who is delivering your items,  in your area.

Ours is always on time,  sends me a number of messages showing the tracking / status of my item, she is just excellent.

Would I select Evri from a seller's now wide choice of Royal Mail or Evri?  No I wouldn't ,  as I know that not all Evri delivery peeps come from the same mould as my Evri lady.

With Simple Delivery you can select RM , and not Evri as your chosen postal service.
