Hi everyone, I used simple delivery (evri) to ship an item to the buyer. The buyer missed delivery and then requested to collect it from a parcel shop. However when the item was delivered to the parcelshop it was addressed as "return to sender" so they were unable to collect. Buyer opened a case and ebay resolved in both our favours with refunds however the item is still stuck at the parcelshop in limbo. I got a notification to say it will be returned if not collected by the 27th of Dec, but returned to whom? I am quite sure but not certain that I wrote my details on the back of the parcel but in any case where will Evri return the parcel to?
