When i list an item i have the option to exclude evri.
When buying i have no control over who delivers my purchase.
I would like the oprion to choose which courier handles my purchases.
How do i get ebay to improve the simple delivery system??

It is seller who chooses carrier.
As you found they can opt out of Evri, but buyers can't.
