Error message stating I've violated eBay policy even though I haven't

As per the title, I've received the below error on a number of my listings:

This listing violates our Offering to Buy or Sell Outside of eBay Policy. It's hidden until you can fix it.

I can't see how I've violated policy, but in any case I'm unable to dispute or revise my listing because the options are now greyed out.

My account otherwise works fine, I do still have some live listings and am able to purchase like normal.

Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Did you add a third party link or address to your listings, such as a manufacturers guide or YouTube tutorial?

Yes I did!  Obviously a rookie mistake!

Thing is I now can't edit, maybe I'll just have to create a new listing.

Yes, you will need to create a new one. The old listing will just stay there for months, then disappear.
