Empty package

I have been sent a empty package posted thru my letterbox the item i ordeted would not fit thru my letterbox in the first place its big this is didgusting behaviour

If the packaging is damaged open a return using "item damaged" as the reason.   If it was a private seller they will have used ebay's Simple Delivery and eBay will issue the refund themselves.  The seller keeps the original payment.  You will not be required to return the packaging.

If it was a business seller they wouldn't have used SD so if necessary escalate your case to eBay after 3 complete working days.
