Ebay's lost the plot! They charge for Yodel but Yodel do't do what Ebay has charged you for!

Ebay charged me for postage via Yodel, the item is clearly large, the service selected was "large suitcase" but guess what? Yodel collection depots will not accept a parcel that big!!!!

I can't see this is ebay's fault.

Most of Yodel and Evri drop off points are local shops & they have limited space.

Others have had same issue, you need to find a larger store or carrier depot.
