Ebay returns RUBBISH

Trying to talk to ebay about a totally useless item received 

then having to take it five miles to a drop off site

then they refused to refund full amount paid

Why didn't you use the proper system, you open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, seller has to provide a reply paid label and on return refunds in full.
