Sold an item £120 inc postage
£105 to me
£15 to ebay to cover the postage costs
I booked delivery using eBays supposedly easy pre book system
The courier never arrived to collect
my buyer was upset
eBay refused to rebook the courier
eBay told me to rectify the issue, I would have to book my own 3rd party delivery and they would refund me.
I booked the courier, dropped it off.
while the item was on its way eBay refunded the buyer!
Even with my proof of postage they refused to refund me back.
The buyer has the item, confirmed an I even have 100% feedback
eBay are refusing to refund me and are blaming me for booking my own courier...when it was their suggestion.
The fact that the buyer has confirmed receiving the item and has left 100% feedback. Its deeply concerning that ebay hs taken the money from my ebay account and ae refusing to give me the money for my item sold.
