Ebay refuse to remove negative feedback and harrassment from buyer re other listed items

Buyer gave me negative feedback  re pyjamas which I dispute--Ebay refuse to remove feedback

Buyer also sending  personal messages 'do your eyes need testing' and critical negtive comments regarding other listed items-some of which have only been worn once!

I have blocked buyer but feel such personal comments are inappropriate--I have Ebay to read these messages but had no response

Thankyou

You could leave a polite reply to that feedback left. I stress polite as this shows prospective buyers how you deal with sale situations.

I'm presuming all avenues have been tried to appease this buyer such as total refunds on return of the item or partial refund and to keep the item?  If appeased you could send them a feedback revision to complete.

You certainly have received an aggressive  buyer!  With any future message you receive do not answer them just report them clicking on the 3 dots top right of the message received.  They'll soon stop when bored with no replies from you.

Have you tried the proper route to report this?

Messages will get you nowhere, but using above might get more attention.

The reality here is that Ebay will not remove the feedback as it doesn't break any rules and it is the buyer's opinion.

You can report the buyer if they are being personal but Ebay will not tell you what action, if any, they take.

You previously asked for advice when the buyer complained about their purchase.

Sometimes, when a buyer complains, you simply have to apologise that they are disappointed and offer a return.
