Hello, i just started anew account and everything was working fine until i tried to message a seller enquiring about a product, about the third time i'd done it on this account. while it was working previously, on this account, now when i try to send a message, a blank white box appears and the message doesn't send. this happens when logged in on my phone and computer on different browsers and having cleared the browser cache. it is the first time ive messaged these sellers so i can't have been blocked or anything and even then it should give me an error message but i get nothing.
